As a manager, I lead by example and base my management philosophy on principles of Integrity, Compassion, Loyalty, Commitment, and Professionalism. I am striving to be a mentor to my agents, to listen and assist in decision-making, and have a primary emphasis on channeling the energy of the office in a positive manner.
